Brain health
“Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body” is a free, hour-long workshop at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 14, presented by the Western Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Topics will include physical exercise, nutrition, social engagement and cognitive activity to promote brain health and delay cognitive decline. The workshop will be held at the Curves studio, 3555 Matthews-Mint Hill Road, Matthews. RSVP by calling 704-841-1010.
