Health fair planned Saturday in Charlotte

The fifth annual Greater Charlotte Health & Fitness Expo is planned from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the Park Expo & Conference Center, 800 Briar Creek Road. More than 125 booths will provide health and fitness information. There will also be fitness and nutrition classes, including yoga and pickle ball. Free health screenings will be provided by Novant Health.

Tickets are $5, or they can be downloaded free, courtesy of Cigna, at www.NCFitnessExpo.com.
