Novant Health pediatric patients get ‘Grins to Go’ bags from UnitedHealthcare employees
UnitedHealthcare employees delivered “Grins to Go” bags to children Tuesday at Hemby Children’s Hospital, a part of Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte.
The “boredom-busting bags” with children’s toys and books were stuffed by UnitedHealthcare employees in Greensboro as part of UnitedHealthcare Children Foundation’s “Delivering Grins” program.
Grins to Go bags can also be purchased online. Proceeds fund the foundation’s medical grants that pay for children’s health-related services that are not covered, or not fully covered, by commercial health insurance plan.
