Free food allergy symposium Saturday
Dr. Wesley Burks, a national experts on food allergy research and treatment, will be the keynote speaker Saturday at a free symposium on “The Future of Food Allergy Treatment” from 1-3 p.m. at the Mint Museum, 2730 Randolph Road.
Burks is a pediatrician and executive dean at UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine. Other speakers will be Emily Langley and Michael Lapuente with the sponsoring practice, Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center. Register: http://www.carolinaasthma.com/foodsymposium/
