Major craft show in Fayetteville

The Holly Day Fair, Nov. 5-8 in Fayetteville’s Crown Expo Center, kicks off the holiday shopping season in Eastern North Carolina with 200 juried artisans selling decorations, handmade crafts, stylish jewelry and clothes, children's toys, specialty food items and more. This is the 49th year of the event, which draws more than 21,000 shoppers over its four-day run, according to organizers. The venue is south of downtown Fayetteville, off I-95 Business/U.S. 301, on East Mountain Drive. Hours: noon-8 p.m. Nov. 5; 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Nov. 6-7; 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 8.
