Discount grocer Aldi to host ‘hiring event’ April 16 in Concord

Discount grocer Aldi will hold a “hiring event” on Thursday in Concord for store manager trainees at its Charlotte-area locations.

The event will be at the Hilton Garden Inn, 7831 Gateway Lane NW in Concord, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 4 to 7 p.m. Aldi will consider candidates for store manager trainee positions at a rate of $21.60 per hour, the company said. Management experience is required for manager trainees.

The German-based grocery chain operates some two dozen locations in the Charlotte area.
