Doggy daycare, pizza ovens, rooftop pools: See how Charlotte apartments entice renters
From doggy daycare to a rooftop pool, amenities used to attract renters to Charlotte’s luxury apartment complexes were on display Tuesday during the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association’s annual tour.
Other amenities including pizza ovens in a courtyard, fitness centers and even a Whole Foods were showcased during the tour.
Here’s a look:
Arlo
Arlo gets its name from the four letters in the center of Charlotte. Read: chARLOtte. The complex is at the corner of West Morehead Street and South Summit Avenue. Floorplans range from studio to three-bedroom options. The two-bedroom model is 1,195 square feet and starts at $2,094, according to staff.
Inspire SouthPark
Inspire SouthPark offers floorplans from studio to three bedrooms. A one-bedroom, one-bathroom 802 square foot apartment starts at $1,650, according to its website. The amenities include on-site spa, a pizza oven in the courtyard as well as a dog grooming station, a fitness center and junior Olympic size swimming pool.
Novel Stonewall Station
The uptown complex on Stonewall Street has a Whole Foods on its first floor, a rooftop pool and about 450 units including studios, one-bedroom, one-bathroom and two- bedroom, two-bathroom options. Studio apartments start at $1,542 for base rent and one bedrooms range from $1,541 to $2,620.
511 Queens
The 64-unit complex in the Myers Park area on Queens Road offers two- or three-bedroom apartments. An 1,155-square-foot 2-bed and 2-bath option starts at $2,420, according to the website.
