It’s been nearly two years since working from home became the new norm for many Charlotteans during the pandemic.

And although COVID-19 cases are once again on the rise, some of the city’s largest companies have already given employees the option to come back to the office: Bank of America told vaccinated workers they could return to their desks in July, and Honeywell said in November that it had invited all employees back to its new 23-story headquarters on South Mint Street.

Meanwhile, Wells Fargo postponed its return to work plans indefinitely over the holiday amid omicron concerns.

So, the Observer wants to know: if you work at an office in Charlotte, do you have the option to go back into work? And if so – have you taken it? Do you even want to be back? Let us know in the survey below.
