Poll: Whose fault is Panthers deal breakdown? Should Rock Hill or the team have done more?

There’s disagreement on who is to blame in a contract dispute between the Carolina Panthers and City of Rock Hill. What do you think?

On Tuesday, a spokesperson for the company representing the Panthers in a years-long effort to bring team headquarters and training facilities to Rock Hill said previous construction agreements with the city would be terminated. The city reiterated its stance that Rock Hill met all its funding obligations, which the team disputes. That debate is at the heart of the disagreement.

We want to know what you think. Did Rock Hill make the right move to hold the line on how the project would be funded? Should the team have done more to keep the ball rolling for the project?
