Some local companies are working to make the return to the office worth it for workers, resulting in unique benefits like free snacks or lunchtime entertainment.
For example, at Credit Karma’s new office in Ballantyne, amenities like a poker room and an in-house coffee shop support an “in-office culture,” that help makes the workplace somewhere employees want to be, chief people officer Colleen McCreary said.
