With the average home in North Carolina selling for about $336,000, the state’s priciest listings – some topping tens of millions – sit in a world entirely their own.
Among North Carolina’s most expensive properties on the market are a secluded estate overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, a waterfront mansion along Lake Norman and a sprawling 758-acre ranch.
