Patients will have access to 70 physicians and advanced practice providers. Services range from nonoperative treatment options and minimally invasive outpatient surgery to complex and life-enhancing surgical procedures, according to Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine.

In 2021, Atrium and Carolina Neurosurgery & Spine launched SpineFirst, a partnership project to provide spine care services. Atrium Health and CNSA’s Carolina Center for Specialty Surgery was named to U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers” list for 2025.
