A Charlotte company just earned a top-20 spot on Forbes’ America’s Dream Employers list.

The ranking, conducted in partnership with research firm Statista, drew on responses from more than 10,000 U.S. college students and 140,000 U.S.-based employees at companies with at least 1,000 staff.

As part of the survey, students were asked which companies they’d most want to work for, rating potential employers on growth prospects, job quality, pay and reputation. Employees at those companies weighed in too, rating their experiences based on salary and benefits, workplace flexibility, room for professional development and whether they’d recommend their employer to others.

Bank of America landed at No. 16 on the annual ranking that highlights where Americans most want to work.

The ranking comes just a couple of months after Bank of America was recognized by Forbes as the 45th best tech company for tech workers, The News & Observer reported.

The company also recently came in at No. 17 on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Companies and at No. 1 on America’s Best-In-State Companies for North Carolina.
