Quail Hollow mansion of late LendingTree CEO Doug Lebda for sale for $15M

The Quail Hollow mansion of the late LendingTree founder Doug Lebda is for sale for $15 million, according to its listing by agent Liza Caminiti of Ivester Jackson | Christie’s International Real Estate.

The Charlotte executive died in an all-terrain vehicle crash in October 2025.

Lebda and his wife Megan’s nearly 18,000-square-foot home is located along fairways of Quail Hollow Club in south Charlotte, host of the PGA Tour’s Truist Championship from May 6 to May 10.

21-foot ceiling great room

Built in 2017, the home was designed by architect Harry Schrader in collaboration with Arcadia Homes, according to its listing.

Located on nearly an acre at 7318 Baltusrol Lane, the mansion is described in its listing as “Charlotte’s Most Exquisite Custom Estate.”

The home has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, six half-bathrooms and five garage spaces.

The main level opens through a 10-foot custom entry door to a foyer with Pierre Frey fabric wall upholstery and dual hidden doors concealing a powder room and a walk-in coat closet. A library off the foyer includes architecturally-designed shelves, and backyard views.

Just beyond the foyer is the great room, which has 21-foot ceilings with custom wood detailing and skylights. The room has a limestone-surrounded gas fireplace and a hand-blown glass chandelier over a Hellman Chang dining table set.

A bar area between the great room and kitchen includes marble countertops and seating for five. The chef’s kitchen includes full-height marble countertops and backsplash, a Wolf and Sub-Zero appliance suite and Wood Mode full-inset cabinets.
