McKim & Creed, Inc., an employee-owned engineering, surveying and planning firm with offices in six states, hired the following professionals for the company’s Charlotte office: Beth Bailey as a senior landscape architect, Kristin Beamer as corporate marketing director, and Kyle Crowe is a project manager. In related news, McKim & Creed was ranked among the top 200 environmental firms in the U.S. based on revenues in its field, according to Engineering News-Record magazine.

Danielle Freeman joined Bissell as property assistant.

Attorney B. Taber Cathcart joined Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney as head of the firm’s Charlotte office and shareholder in the law firm’s financial services practice group.

Yellow Duck Marketing hired Angela Vogel Daley as director of strategy to create strategic marketing plans for clients, including branding, public relations, digital and social media, as well as heading up operations.

Lake Norman Regional Medical Center named Lillian Logan, MSN, RN, as the hospital’s director of case management.

Carolina Trust Bank of Lincolnton elected Jennifer Marion Mills to its board of directors. Mills is an executive with Randy Marion Automotive, the largest volume GM dealer in the Southeast.

Erika Cox joined Rutherfoord, a Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC Company, as a senior technical account manager.

Luquire George Andrews promoted Stephanie Spicer to vice president, director of brand strategy.
