Burns & Wilcox Brokerage opens new Charlotte office in Ballantyne

Insurance brokerage firm Burns & Wilcox Brokerage earlier this month opened a new Charlotte office, its third new U.S. location opening this year, the company said Monday.

The Charlotte office is at 14120 Ballantyne Corporate Place, Suite 500.

Greyson Richardson, a former AmWINS Group vice president, will serve as the firm’s managing director. Richardson will provide brokerage services in the “high-hazard property market and the growing healthcare industry,” the firm said in a statement.

Cassandra Grace joins the firm as a professional liability broker, and Kevin Burns will join as a casualty broker.

“The City of Charlotte is an up-and-coming, rapidly developing city that offers many growth opportunities,” said Denis Brady, president of Burns & Wilcox Brokerage.

Owned by the H.W. Kaufman Financial Group, Burns & Wilcox focuses on wholesale insurance brokerage.
