N.S. Farrington of Winston-Salem is acquiring Concord-based Fuller Supply, a laundry supplies dealer, and is offering jobs to half of Fuller’s 10 employees.
N.S. Farrington, an industrial laundry and dry cleaning supplies distributor, extended job offers to six Fuller employees, but only five accepted, an N.S. Farrington spokeswoman said. She added Fuller’s remaining employees are being given “generous packages.”
Tom Little, Fuller’s president, will join N.S. Farrington as a leader on its business development team, the Winston-Salem firm said in a statement Friday.
“The acquisition of Fuller Supply enhances our ability to serve the needs of commercial laundry and dry cleaning customers more seamlessly throughout our service area,” said John Erskine, N.S. Farrington’s president.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and a Fuller Supply representative declined to comment.
The Fuller acquisition brings N.S. Farrington’s employee count to 38, the spokeswoman said.
