Phase 3 Marketing and Communications added Andrea CinqMars as director, integrated marketing, to its Charlotte staff.

MPV Properties hired Stephen Pharr as managing director; Robbie Branstrom as a broker, and Melissa Nichols as brokerage assistant.

Notable items

The Allen Tate Companies took top honors at the 2016 Leading Real Estate Companies of the World National Conference. Allen Tate won the Diamond Award, the highest member honor. Allen Tate has won the award six times. The Charlotte-based firm also received the Crown of Excellence Award for the 16th time.

Three associates from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood Realty, a real estate firm, received the Chairman’s Circle Platinum Award: John Siddons, Michael Laine and Laura Bowman-Messick.

Rock Hill, S.C.-based Legacy 4 Vending, a family-owned company providing Naturals2Go in vending machines, expanded in Mecklenburg, York, and Lancaster counties.
