Trinity Partners said Wednesday that it’s inked the first tenant for an industrial building in Concord, with a 110,000 square-foot lease for 215 International Drive.
The building, a joint venture between Trinity Capital Advisors and Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate, is located at Poplar Tent Road and International Drive, near I-85 exit 54.
Ozburn-Hessey Logistics will use the building as a distribution center. They plan to move in to the building this fall.
“It’s an honor to have a high-caliber company like OHL choose 215 International,” said Terry Brennan of Trinity, who represented the landlord. “We’re pleased that they recognized the corporate quality of 215 International as they expand their presence in the Carolinas.”
