Real estate firm rolls out new name: Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Two real estate brokerages in the Carolinas have merged and are now operating under a new name: Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

The combination of Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS in North and South Carolina and Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate has 28 offices and 1,100 independent sales associates in Charlotte, as well as Columbia and Charleston in South Carolina.

NRT LLC, a New York-based residential real estate brokerage company, bought Coldwell Banker United in April 2015 and Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate in March 2016.

“This rebranding is part of our growth plan in the Carolinas, and better positions us to expand both our regional footprint and the services and tools we offer agents,” Pauline Bennett, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Carolinas, said in a statement Thursday. “As part of this plan, we have also recently launched a new website and a full menu of new technology tools and resources designed to help agents grow their business.”
