Re/Max Metro Realty opens new office in Plaza Midwood

Re/Max Metro Realty has opened a second Charlotte office in Plaza Midwood. The new location specializes in residential and commercial real estate.

Real estate broker Scott Woods opened the new café-style office in a renovated space at 1425 Central Ave., Suite 100, according to a statement from the firm.

Woods bought Re/Max Metro Realty from the brokerage’s previous owners in 2013. Over the last three years, the firm has grown its Charlotte presence from 40 agents to now more than 60.

The firm’s other office is at 7300 Carmel Executive Park Dr., Ste. 200.

“With the hot housing market in Charlotte, there’s been an increasing demand for quality, experienced agents in the area which has inevitably lead us to open a second office in the area,” Woods said.
