Charlotte-based healthcare company Premier Inc. named David Klatsky general counsel on Friday.
Klatsky was previously Premier’s chief outside counsel where he helped the company with its initial public offering and corporate restructure.
He is replacing Jeffery Lemkin, who recently retired, and will oversee Premier’s legal and compliance affairs.
“David’s deep healthcare industry insights and experience with Premier are valuable assets to our executive team,” Premier CEO Susan DeVore said in a statement.
