Famous Toastery, Orangetheory Fitness slated to open in Rock Hill
Rock Hill residents will soon see two new franchises that jointly can cater to people looking to enjoy brunch and then quickly burn off those calories.
The Warren Norman Co. announced earlier this week they have signed leases to open franchises with restaurant Famous Toastery and workout space Orangetheory Fitness. The franchises are expected to be converted and ready by the first quarter of 2017, according to David Jewell of The Jewell Agency.
Famous Toastery, which also has locations in Indian Land and Tega Cay, specializes in fresh-made breakfasts that include eggs benedict and avocado omelets.
Orangetheory Fitness preaches a personal training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training in order to stimulate a healthy heart rate.
“They will be very good fits for the town,” said Norman.
Famous Toastery has leased 4,244 square feet at a stand-alone building on India Hook Rd., with Josh Beaver as the tenant representative. Meanwhile, Orangetheory has leased 3,000 square feet in the Hickory Tavern Center on Celanese Rd, with Scott Mileham as the tenant representative.
Famous Toastery, a Charlotte-based brand, was named a franchise to watch last December by CNBC.
Men’s Journal noted last year that the Orangetheory workout was named one of the 20 best workouts in America.
