Novantas to open its 1st Charlotte office

Novantas, a New York-based company that provides consulting and technology services to banks, plans to open an office in Charlotte, its first in the Carolinas.

A location for the office has not yet been announced, a company spokesperson said. The office will serve the entire Charlotte metropolitan area, the spokesperson said.

In recent weeks, Novantas has announced the hiring of two people who will work out of the office:

▪ Ryan Ritz will serve as the office’s managing director. Before joining Novantas, Ritz held positions at other financial services firms, including executive roles at Bank of America and Ally Bank.

▪ Zach Wise will serve as principal. He is a former executive for Bank of America.

In addition to New York, Novantas has offices in Chicago, London, Toronto and McLean, Va.

Novantas was founded in 1999.
