It turns out celebrities are just like us – well, when it comes to demanding improved customer service anyway.
On Tuesday actress Lindsay Lohan tweeted at Bank of America asking about getting a representative on the line to discuss her account. The tweet has been retweeted and favorited several times.
The Charlotte-based bank replied soon after asking her to send via direct message her ZIP code, phone number and the best time to talk.
It’s unclear whether the “Mean Girls” actress connected with the bank.
Reports show Bank of America, the second-largest U.S. bank by assets, lags behind its peers when it comes to customer satisfaction, though it’s said that improving the customer experience is a “top priority.”
