BofA customer Lindsay Lohan wants better bank service
It turns out celebrities are just like us – well, when it comes to demanding improved customer service anyway.
On Tuesday actress Lindsay Lohan tweeted at Bank of America asking about getting a representative on the line to discuss her account. The tweet has been retweeted and favorited several times.
The Charlotte-based bank replied soon after asking her to send via direct message her ZIP code, phone number and the best time to talk.
@lindsaylohan Hi, Lindsay. Please DM your zip, phone & best time to reach you so I can call to discuss your concerns. ^am
