• In April 2022, a 1,725-square-foot home on Ashton Drive in Charlotte sold for $610,000, a price per square foot of $354.
• On Pemberton Drive, Charlotte, in November 2021, a 1,793-square-foot home was sold for $425,000, a price per square foot of $237.
