A house built in 1947 located in the 600 block of Diana Drive in Charlotte has a new owner. The 1,034-square-foot property was sold on August 11, 2022. The $585,000 purchase price works out to $566 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and one bathroom. It sits on an 8,712 square foot lot.

• In May 2022, a 3,238-square-foot home on Ideal Way in Charlotte sold for $1,445,000, a price per square foot of $446.
• A 1,440-square-foot home on the 500 block of Iverson Way in Charlotte sold in June 2022 for $725,000, a price per square foot of $503.
• On Ideal Way, Charlotte, in April 2022, a 3,924-square-foot home was sold for $1,361,000, a price per square foot of $347.
