Charlotte detached house sells for $400,000

A house built in 1967 located in the 6800 block of Old Reid Road in Charlotte has a new owner. The 1,896-square-foot property was sold on August 9, 2022 for $400,000, or $211 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The unit sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• A 1,612-square-foot home on the 5700 block of Telfair Road in Charlotte sold in June 2022 for $360,000, a price per square foot of $223.
• On Kingstree Drive, Charlotte, in May 2022, a 1,698-square-foot home was sold for $540,000, a price per square foot of $318.
• In April 2022, a 1,529-square-foot home on Park Road in Charlotte sold for $731,000, a price per square foot of $478.
