Sale closed in Charlotte $620,000 for a three-bedroom home

• On Edgewater Drive, Charlotte, in April 2022, a 1,441-square-foot home was sold for $175,000, a price per square foot of $121.
• In March 2022, a 2,564-square-foot home on Ellicott Station Parkway in Charlotte sold for $585,000, a price per square foot of $228.
• A 2,003-square-foot home on the 3800 block of Park South Station Boulevard in Charlotte sold in June 2022 for $515,000, a price per square foot of $257.
