• A 1,324-square-foot home on the 2300 block of Kensington Drive in Charlotte sold in April 2022 for $570,000, a price per square foot of $431.
• In April 2022, a 2,051-square-foot home on Fulton Avenue in Charlotte sold for $852,000, a price per square foot of $415.
• On Chatham Avenue, Charlotte, in April 2022, a 1,209-square-foot home was sold for $470,000, a price per square foot of $389.
