Three-bedroom home in Charlotte sells for $695,000

A 2,236-square-foot house built in 2008 has changed hands. The property located in the 3200 block of Barnhill Drive in Charlotte was sold on Aug. 25, 2022 for $695,000, or $311 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and three baths. It sits on an 8,712-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been purchased:

• A 3,575-square-foot home on the 3300 block of Commonwealth Avenue in Charlotte sold in July 2022 for $1,090,000, a price per square foot of $305.
• On Pinecrest Avenue, Charlotte, in April 2022, a 1,618-square-foot home was sold for $633,000, a price per square foot of $391.
• In February 2022, a 1,968-square-foot home on Pinecrest Avenue in Charlotte sold for $560,000, a price per square foot of $285.
