• On English Oak Leaf Court, Matthews, in April 2022, a 3,883-square-foot home was sold for $975,000, a price per square foot of $251.
• In April 2022, a 5,245-square-foot home on English Oak Leaf Court in Matthews sold for $11,500,000, a price per square foot of $2,193.
