Condominium sells for $450,000 in Charlotte

A condominium built in 1998 located in the 3500 block of Cypress Club Drive in Charlotte has a new owner. The 834-square-foot property was sold on Aug. 18, 2022 for $450,000, or $540 per square foot. The property features one bedroom and one bathroom. The unit sits on an 11.2-acre lot.

These nearby units have also recently been purchased:

• On Marching Duck Drive, Charlotte, in February 2022, a 2,205-square-foot unit was sold for $1,156,500, a price per square foot of $524.
• In May 2022, a 1,136-square-foot unit on Marching Duck Drive in Charlotte sold for $517,500, a price per square foot of $456.
• A 2,101-square-foot unit on the 3600 block of Cypress Club Drive in Charlotte sold in May 2022 for $1,125,000, a price per square foot of $535.
