• On Saffir Court, Mint Hill, in December 2021, a 2,184-square-foot home was sold for $435,000, a price per square foot of $199.
• A 2,240-square-foot home on the 8600 block of Quarters Lane in Mint Hill sold in February 2022 for $60,000, a price per square foot of $27.
• In June 2022, a 2,243-square-foot home on Hanging Moss Trail in Mint Hill sold for $537,000, a price per square foot of $239.
