• A 3,520-square-foot home on the 6400 block of Loyola Court in Mint Hill sold in May 2022 for $650,000, a price per square foot of $185.
• On Candlehill Drive, Mint Hill, in May 2022, a 2,707-square-foot home was sold for $540,000, a price per square foot of $199.
