• In July 2022, a 985-square-foot unit on Southwest Drive in Davidson sold for $280,000, a price per square foot of $284.
• On Southwest Drive, Davidson, in March 2022, a 1,255-square-foot unit was sold for $625,000, a price per square foot of $498.
