Mecklenburg county single family residence sells for $572,000

A house built in 2018 located in the 3500 block of Tuckaseegee Road in Mecklenburg county has new owners. The 1,398-square-foot property was sold on Aug. 19, 2022 for $572,000, or $409 per square foot. The property features two bedrooms and two baths. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• On Gaston Street, Mecklenburg county, in May 2022, a 1,365-square-foot home was sold for $340,000, a price per square foot of $249.
• A 1,148-square-foot home on the 3300 block of Tuckaseegee Road in Mecklenburg county sold in June 2022 for $408,000, a price per square foot of $355.
• In March 2022, a 1,092-square-foot home on Avalon Avenue in Mecklenburg county sold for $100,000, a price per square foot of $92.
