Mint Hill single family residence sells for $440,000

A house built in 2016 located in the 8400 block of Empress Court in Mint Hill has a new owner. The 2,392-square-foot property was sold on Aug. 22, 2022 for $440,000, or $184 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and three baths. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• In June 2022, a 2,236-square-foot home on Singletary Lane in Mint Hill sold for $650,000, a price per square foot of $291.
• On Cedarfield Road, Mint Hill, in February 2022, a 2,682-square-foot home was sold for $419,500, a price per square foot of $156.
• A 2,400-square-foot home on the 7400 block of Cedarfield Road in Mint Hill sold in March 2022 for $430,000, a price per square foot of $179.
