A 2,133-square-foot house built in 1994 has changed hands. The property located in the 17500 block of Springwinds Drive in Cornelius was sold on Aug. 26, 2022 for $1,500,000, or $703 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, two baths, and a garage. It sits on a 9,496-square-foot lot.

These nearby houses have also recently been sold:

• On Peninsula Cove Lane, Cornelius, in June 2022, a 4,947-square-foot home was sold for $1,500,000, a price per square foot of $303.
• A 3,330-square-foot home on the 17400 block of Sailors Watch Place in Cornelius sold in May 2022 for $1,000,000, a price per square foot of $300.
• In July 2022, a 2,319-square-foot home on Springwinds Drive in Cornelius sold for $1,175,000, a price per square foot of $507.
