- A 2,838-square-foot home on the 700 block of Marion Drive in Matthews sold in August 2022 for $635,000, a price per square foot of $224.
- On Matthews Township Parkway, Matthews, in July 2022, a 1,900-square-foot home was sold for $370,000, a price per square foot of $195.
- In October 2022, a 3,307-square-foot home on Pleasant Pine Court in Matthews sold for $635,000, a price per square foot of $192.
