Detached house sells for $2.3 million in Charlotte

A house built in 2021 located in the 200 block of Hunter Lane in Charlotte has a new owner. The 5,712-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 30, 2022. The $2,345,000 purchase price works out to $411 per square foot. The house sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• A 4,542-square-foot home on the 400 block of Hunter Lane in Charlotte sold in June 2022 for $1,775,000, a price per square foot of $391.
• In January 2022, a 2,042-square-foot home on Wonderwood Drive in Charlotte sold for $550,000, a price per square foot of $269.
• On Wonderwood Drive, Charlotte, in March 2022, a 1,352-square-foot home was sold for $825,000, a price per square foot of $610.
