The $1,137,000 purchase price works out to $487 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, four baths, and a garage. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

• On Selwyn Avenue, Charlotte, in June 2022, a 1,312-square-foot unit was sold for $500,000, a price per square foot of $381.
• In August 2022, a 606-square-foot unit on Roswell Avenue in Charlotte sold for $205,500, a price per square foot of $339.
• A 1,626-square-foot unit on the 2500 block of Roswell Avenue in Charlotte sold in January 2022 for $331,000, a price per square foot of $204.
