These nearby houses have also recently changed hands:

• A 3,510-square-foot home on the 800 block of Colville Road in Charlotte sold in October 2022 for $2,275,000, a price per square foot of $648.
• On Colville Road, Charlotte, in May 2022, a 2,358-square-foot home was sold for $1,200,000, a price per square foot of $509.
• In April 2022, a 6,641-square-foot home on Eastover Woods Circle in Charlotte sold for $2,750,000, a price per square foot of $414.
