The $680,000 purchase price works out to $219 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The unit sits on a 4.3-acre lot.

• A 3,527-square-foot home on the 12000 block of Canter Drive in Mint Hill sold in August 2022 for $670,000, a price per square foot of $190.
• On McWhirter Road, Mint Hill, in May 2022, a 2,097-square-foot home was sold for $430,000, a price per square foot of $205.
• In August 2022, a 2,016-square-foot home on Allen Black Road in Mint Hill sold for $291,000, a price per square foot of $144.
