Sale closed in Charlotte: $2.4 million for a six-bedroom home

The property features six bedrooms, nine baths, and a garage. There's also a pool in the backyard. The unit sits on a 1.3-acre lot.

Additional houses have recently been sold close by:

• In April 2022, a 4,330-square-foot home on Gorham Drive in Charlotte sold for $2,700,000, a price per square foot of $624.
• On Craigmore Drive, Charlotte, in January 2022, a 5,441-square-foot home was sold for $2,612,500, a price per square foot of $480.
• A 3,296-square-foot home on the 5000 block of Crooked Oak Lane in Charlotte sold in July 2022 for $1,190,000, a price per square foot of $361.
