Condominium sells in Cornelius for $1.5 million

A 2,785-square-foot condominium built in 2019 has changed hands. The property located in the 19300 block of Watermark Drive in Cornelius was sold on Feb. 8, 2023. The $1,500,000 purchase price works out to $539 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms and four baths.

Additional units have recently been sold close by:

• On Cambridge Square Drive, Cornelius, in September 2022, a unit was sold for $929,000.
• A 1,026-square-foot unit on the 19800 block of Henderson Road in Cornelius sold in February 2023 for $310,000, a price per square foot of $302.
• In November 2022, a 1,026-square-foot unit on Henderson Road in Cornelius sold for $328,000, a price per square foot of $320.
