• On Lakeview Circle, Cornelius, in September 2022, a 1,673-square-foot home was sold for $420,000, a price per square foot of $251.
• In February 2022, a 1,980-square-foot home on John Gamble Road in Cornelius sold for $850,000, a price per square foot of $429.
• A 1,980-square-foot home on the 22500 block of John Gamble Road in Cornelius sold in May 2022 for $1,040,000, a price per square foot of $525.
