The $3,150,000 purchase price works out to $550 per square foot. The property features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a garage, as well as a pool in the backyard sits on a 1.2-acre lot.

Additional houses that have recently changed hands close by include:

• A 5,200-square-foot home on the 16800 block of America Cup Road in Cornelius sold in January 2023, for $2,555,000, a price per square foot of $491.
• In April 2022, a 4,235-square-foot home on Yardarm Lane in Cornelius sold for $1,600,000, a price per square foot of $378.
• On Flying Jib Road, Cornelius, in April 2023, a 4,052-square-foot home was sold for $1,300,000, a price per square foot of $321.
