Corrections and Clarifications

▪ A story on 8A Wednesday incorrectly stated the price of oil. It should have said West Texas Intermediate crude cost $47.51 a barrel, and Brent crude cost $55.08 a barrel.

▪ A headline on 15A Wednesday incorrectly reported the span during which a state science advisory panel predicts sea level could rise by 10.6 inches along the North Carolina coast. That change could happen by 2045, according to the Coastal Resources Commission panel’s forecast.
