Corrections and Clarifications
▪ A graphic with an article on Duke Energy coal ash landfills on Thursday’s front page incorrectly stated the thickness of synthetic liners for the landfills. The liners will be 30 mil.
▪ Because of incorrect information from a source, a story on Thursday’s front page incorrectly said a Charlotte-Mecklenburg police dispatcher would have known about previous 911 calls from the home where a woman was killed. CMPD’s system does not automatically alert dispatchers.
